Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions before placing your order?
Browse the FAQ for clear answers on options, design files, delivery times, and what happens after you submit your request.

What if I’m not sure which options to choose?

The page is designed to make ordering easier. A recommended base setup is already preselected, so you have a practical starting point instead of building everything from scratch. You can use the “Need help choosing?” section for guidance based on your priorities, adjust any option manually, and see the total update instantly.

What do I need to provide to get started?

To get started, send us your final design, select the order options that fit your project, and include any relevant links, project notes, or technical requirements. If anything needs clarification, we will review the details and confirm the scope before coding begins.

Which design file format works best for email coding?

You can send your email design in Figma, PSD, XD, PDF, or another common design format. Figma is usually the most efficient option because it makes layout details, spacing, and assets easier to review. If Retina Ready Images are part of the order, it also helps when assets can be exported at 2x size for crisp rendering on high‑density screens.

Do I need to provide a separate mobile version of the design?

No, a separate mobile version is not required. If you provide only the desktop design, we can build the mobile layout during coding using responsive email techniques and proven best practices. A separate mobile version is still helpful if you have specific ideas for how the email should look or behave on smaller screens.

Can you review my design before coding starts?

Yes. We can review your design before coding starts, answer your questions, and help you understand whether anything should be adjusted for email. This is useful if you want to avoid unnecessary revisions, confirm the right setup, or make sure the project is ready before moving forward.

Who handles the coding and QA for my email template?

For a standard order, one email developer codes the template and reviews it during the build to catch structural and visual issues early. After that, a QA specialist checks the final rendering and verifies that the template matches the agreed requirements before delivery. This two‑step review helps keep the finished email template more reliable.

What happens if part of my design is not email‑friendly?

If your design includes elements that are not fully email‑friendly, we review them before coding starts and explain what can be kept as is, what may need adjustment, and what the most reliable approach will be. In many cases, we can adapt the design to stay very close to the original layout while keeping the final result stable across email clients.

When does the selected delivery time begin?

Work begins after we review your design and project details, confirm the scope, and receive your approval to move into production. This keeps the start clear on both sides and ensures the selected turnaround begins only once everything is approved.

What happens after I approve the project details?

After you approve the project details, we move into coding and QA based on the selected delivery timeline. If the template is ready ahead of schedule, we deliver it earlier whenever possible. Payment is requested at the final stage, right before we hand over the finished email template.
