Orders and Payments
All orders are processed through our online calculator and confirmed via email. Payment is required before work begins. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice for new orders.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimated based on the options selected during checkout. Standard delivery is within 2-3 business days. Express and ASAP options are available for urgent projects. We strive to meet all deadlines but cannot guarantee delivery times for projects with incomplete specifications or delayed feedback.
Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Major changes to the original scope or design may require additional fees. We are committed to delivering templates that match your provided design specifications.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of the coded email templates. We do not retain rights to use your templates without permission. Design assets and source files you provide remain your property.

Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Refunds are not available for completed and delivered work that meets the original specifications.
